Ingredients
- Mutton brain 4
- Onion 1 ½ cup (chopped)
- Tomatoes 3 (chopped)
- Yogurt ½ cups
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Chili powder 2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- Fenugreek leaves 1 tsp (heaped)
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Green chilies 2 – 3 (chopped)
- Oil ½ cup
Cooking Directions
- Wash brain and boil in water for 5 minutes then remove veins.
- Heat oil fry onion till golden; add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, chili powder. Coriander powder, chopped tomatoes and yogurt, fry well.
- Add mutton brain, cook for 10 minutes.
- Lastly add garam masala powder, fenugreek leaves, coriander and green chilies. Serve with Naan.
