Ingredients
- Fish fillet ½ kg
- Ground pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 3 tsp leveled
- Lemon juice 3 tbsp
- Oil ¼ cup
- Orange food color a pinch
- Yogurt ¼ cup
- Butter 3 oz
- Oil for shallow frying
Cooking Directions
- Marinate fish with all the given ingredients except butter.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, and fry the fish. Remove in a plate.
- Heat butter and pour on fish, serve immediately.
