Balochi Namkeen Sujji

Balochi sujji is very famous in Pakistan because of its unique taste. This is difficult for many people to follow the original cooking method so alternate is available. Bake sujji in oven and enjoy a mouthwatering dish with your family.

Ingredients

  • Mutton Leg 1
  • Vinegar 1/4 cup
  • Ppaya paste 4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic ginger paste 2 tsp
  • Fats 100 gm
  • White chili 2 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 2 tsp
  • Green chili paste 1 tsp
  • Lemon and onion wedges for garnish.

Cooking Directions

  1. Apply cuts on mutton leg.
  2. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and apply on leg.
  3. Leave for marination in fridge for about 4-6 hours.
  4. Shift on greased baking tray and bake in preheated oven at 180 degree C for 1 hours or until completely tender.
  5. Garnish with lemon and onion wedges and serve.
